W3C first time with paid services: Validator Suite | blog.linkwerk.com
The World Wide Web Consortium has a new validation service. Under the name of the W3C Validator Suite Service is looking into various aspects of the well-known W3C validator far only individually checks (HTML5, HTML4 / XHTML, CSS, I18N). In addition to the new features (compared to the previous) offerings, is here noteworthy that the W3C offers a fee-based service for the first time. Prices for a single test start at 40 (for up to 250 HTML pages), ranging up to 150 (up to 5,000 HTML pages), each excl. VAT. A price for a monthly subscription, there is terminable only on request.
The service is in beta stage, as currently also the URI of the page can be seen: http://www.w3.org/2013/ValidatorSuite/beta/. A free test mode there is not apparently. If you still do not want to buy a pig in a poke, at least get to see a couple of screenshots.
