Important: In OOo 3.3 and derivatives (like LibreOffice), the french spacing function is provided by the product Itself. Therefore the extension Is not required and will not be tested on the 3.3 and higher versions

At work, I am unfortunately forced to use XP. The extension works well for an administrator. By cons in shared mode, it appears good for a normal user, but it is impossible to activate it.
Works great now.
One suggestion: French Spacing should take into account the language of paragraph (more exactly, the character style) current. For now, if I write a text in French and English, the extension will work also in English. Boring ...
Unfortunately, this would only apply to French (and possibly other languages using a non-breaking space before the colon) and not in English: it is tedious to have to take each time and clear space.

I do not think it's on purpose, but from what I understand in version 1, the name of the extension was not defined, or the link where to check for updates. So updates will be possible from this version 1.4.
Indeed, the 1.0 version does not contain the elements necessary to update the extensions manager. We released a small patch (v1.4.1) and updated by the extension manager is good.

Why? I immagine that extensions are separate entities stored in the directories of Java or something. How to properly remove your extension? aj
If after you have uninstalled or deactivated this extension you see an error screen, try going to Tools - Customize - Event, aj select "OpenOffice.org" in the "Save", and then delete all lines with starxpert_insecable (these are Create Open the document and the document). aj That's it.
